By submitting the registration form and/or allowing the student to attend any VBest class, the parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. DEFINITIONS

0.1 “VBest / we / us / our” refers to VBest Tuition Centres and its branches. 0.2 “Parent/Guardian” refers to the paying parent/legal guardian. 0.3 “Student” refers to the enrolled learner. 0.4 “Centre Manager” refers to the manager of the registered branch. 0.5 “Portal” refers to VBest Online Portal: https://vbest-staging.vip.edu.my 0.6 “Group Classes” refers to regular weekly group tuition classes. 0.7 “1-to-1 / Private Classes” refers to 1-to-1 and private group classes billed in advance. 0.8 “VBest Holidays” refers to the official no-class holiday periods listed in Clause 4.

1. REGISTRATION, FEES, PAYMENT & INVOICING

1.1 Registration Procedure 1.1.1 Parent/Student must complete the online registration form accurately and in full. 1.1.2 Tuition fee payment (as advised by the Centre Manager) must be made before the first lesson. 1.1.3 After classes are confirmed and payment is approved by the Accounting Department, you will receive two emails: (a) “Welcome Our New Student @ VBest” (b) “Your VBest Account” (Portal username) to login Portal 1.1.4 Students may attend the first class once online registration and payment is done, even if login emails are pending due to processing time. 1.1.5 Past invoices/receipts/class summaries (and online class links/materials, if applicable) can be accessed via the Portal. 1.2 Deposit & Material Fees 1.2.1 VBest currently does not charge a deposit or material fee until further notice. 1.2.2 For repeated late payments, VBest may require a refundable deposit equivalent to one (1) month’s fee to secure the slot and ensure smooth scheduling. 1.3 Trial Class 1.3.1 Free trial classes are not available, except during special promotions. 1.3.2 A paid, pro-rated trial lesson may be arranged (subject to availability and confirmation from Centre Manager). 1.4 Tuition Fee Payment Deadlines 1.4.1 Group Classes: Pay by the 1st of each month (grace period until the 7th). 1.4.2 New student / new subject: Pro-rated fee must be paid before the first lesson. 1.4.3 1-to-1 / Private Classes: Pay by the 28th of the previous month (grace until the 1st) or before the first lesson, whichever is earlier. 1.4.4 Final exam month & December short month: Payment due by the 1st of the month 1.4.5 If a student pauses/stops and later rejoins, fees will follow the prevailing rate at the time of rejoining. 1.5 Payment Methods 1.5.1 Accepted payment methods include: (a) FPX payment gateway (preferred, if available) (b) Manual online bank transfer (c) Cash (d) Cheque (e) E-wallet (selected branches only) 1.5.2 Credit card is not accepted unless expressly stated by the branch. 1.5.3 For first month enrolment, fees are advised by the Centre Manager; invoice/receipt will be issued upon payment. 1.5.4 For subsequent months, pro-forma invoices are auto-generated by the system and sent via email. 1.5.5 For manual transfer, please include the Student’s full name in BOTH “Recipient reference” and “Other Payment Details” and send proof of payment to the Centre Manager / branch official email for verification. 1.5.6 Manual transfer, cash, cheque and e-wallet will take at least 3 working days for receipt to be manually issued. 1.5.7 For instant automatic access restore due to system restriction of late payment, please use FPX payment gateway. 1.6 Invoicing Process & Credit Balance 1.6.1 Proforma invoices may be issued monthly and may be revised for any add-on classes before finalisation. 1.6.2 A final invoice will be issued around month-end to the 2nd of the following month and will be available in the Portal. 1.6.3 Overpayments/credits will be carried forward and automatically offset against the next invoice. 1.6.4 If you notice any discrepancy, please contact the Centre Manager promptly for checking. 1.7 Renewal & Late Payment 1.7.1 All classes auto-renew monthly unless a valid pause/stop notice is given under Clause 6. 1.7.2 If payment is overdue, temporary access restriction may apply (Portal access and/or class attendance) until payment is received and verified. 1.7.3 Once payment is verified, access will be restored as soon as reasonably possible.

1. ONLINE & HYBRID CLASSES

2.1 Availability 2.1.1 VBest offers hybrid learning (physical + online) depending on class format and operational feasibility. 2.1.2 For online participation, e-notes may be provided, students are recommended to use tablet (such as iPad) or printing the e-notes for optimised learning 2.1.3 Parents are responsible for the student’s device, internet connection, and a suitable learning environment. 2.2 How Online Lessons Work 2.2.1 Online lessons are conducted via Zoom / Google Meet (or other platform reasonably determined by VBest). 2.2.2 ⁠For the first class, Class link and e-notes (if any) will be sent via WhatsApp/Email to the student/parent if login account is not activated yet. 2.2.3 ⁠After classes and payment are confirmed, Student will be added to the class in the Portal, class link and e-notes (if any) will be uploaded to the Portal on the day of the lesson. 2.2.4 Online access to links/materials is subject to fee payment status and compliance with these Terms.

1. REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS & CLASS CHANGES

3.1 Absence & Refund Policy 3.1.1 Tuition fees are generally non-refundable, non-deductible, and non-transferable, even if a student is absent 3.1.2 For Group Classes, recording replay support may be provided when: (a) the Centre Manager is notified at least 3 days in advance, and (b) the arrangement is for genuine needs and not being misused. 3.1.3 Recording duration may differ from live class and may not include full interactivity. 3.1.4 No replacement/recording is provided for extra/additional classes unless stated otherwise. 3.2 Change of Teacher / Subject / Branch by Parent/ Student 3.2.1 Changes typically take effect from the following month, after current month classes are completed. 3.2.2 Please provide 1 month advance notice to the Centre Manager for changes. 3.2.3 Fees already paid remain non-refundable/non-transferable/non-deductible. 3.3 Changes by VBest (Operational) 3.3.1 VBest may occasionally adjust class arrangements due to teacher availability, health, emergencies, or operational needs. 3.3.2 Where possible, VBest may arrange a suitable replacement teacher or class, convert the affected class to an online format or provide a replacement lesson or credit on a case-by-case basis, depending on the class type. Such arrangements shall not affect the applicable fees and shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

1. VBEST HOLIDAYS & ACADEMIC CALENDAR

4.1 Academic Calendar and General Holiday Policy 4.1.1 VBest classes run from 4 January to 14 December each year. 4.1.2 Classes continue as usual during school holidays, summer breaks, and Easter holidays unless stated otherwise. 4.1.3 Group classes also continue during any 5th week of the month and on most public holidays, with no extra charges. 4.2 Official VBest Holidays (No Classes for Group and 1-to-1/Private unless otherwise stated) 4.2.1 The following official holidays have no classes: (a) Chinese New Year – 1 week (b) Hari Raya Aidilfitri – 1 week (c) National Day – 1 day (d) Deepavali – 1 week (e) Labour Day – 1 day 4.2.2 Except for the year-end break, these holidays are non-replaceable and not eligible for fee deduction for Group Classes. 4.3 Year-End Break 4.3.1 Centres are closed from 15 December to 3 January. 4.3.2 For Group Classes, December is charged as half-month fee. 4.3.3 Certain programmes (holiday programme/intensive booster/extra lessons) may still run if arranged, with fees advised by the Centre Manager. 4.4 1-to-1 & Private Classes During Holidays 4.4.1 1-to-1/private classes may continue during VBest holidays subject to teacher/student availability. 4.4.2 Fees are charged based on actual hours/lessons conducted. 4.4.3 Availability must be confirmed with the Centre Manager in advance.

1. TEACHING MATERIALS

5.1 Notes & Worksheets 5.1.1 Teaching materials are provided when necessary to support the registered subject(s) and level(s), starting from the enrolment period. 5.1.2 Materials are limited to the subject/level enrolled and do not include other grades/years/syllabuses unless stated. 5.2 Past Materials 5.2.1 Past notes from previous months/years are generally not provided to new sign-ups. 5.2.2 To catch up, students may enrol in additional group classes (if available) or arrange 1-to-1 lessons.

1. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

6.1 Notice for Pausing / Stopping 6.1.1 Please inform the Centre Manager 1 month in advance to pause/stop any subject. 6.1.2 If the student pauses/stops and later rejoins, fees follow the then-current prevailing rate.

1. 1-TO-1 & PRIVATE GROUP CLASS POLICY

7.1 Trial Lesson 7.1.1 No free trial is provided. 7.1.2 You may purchase one (1) paid trial lesson subject to availability. 7.2 Payment & Billing 7.2.1 Fees are billed monthly in advance based on scheduled hours/lessons. 7.2.2 Classes are automatically renewed each month and will continue at the same fixed weekly schedule. Parents or students are required to inform Centre Manager of any unavailability by the 23rd of the previous month. 7.2.3 Pro-forma invoices will be issued on 25th of previous month and payment due by the 28th of previous month (grace until 1st) or before the first lesson, whichever is earlier. 7.2.4 If an entire class is cancelled with 24 hours’ notice, replacement will be arranged. If replacement is not completed within the same month, the fee will be credited to the following month. 7.3 Cancellation Policy (24-Hour Rule) 7.3.1 1-to-1: If teacher is not informed at least 24 hours before the lesson, the lesson is chargeable as scheduled. 7.3.2 Private group consists of 2 or more students: (a) Individual student absent → recording may be provided, no fee deduction will be applied (b) Entire private group cancels with 24 hours notice → replacement or fee credit to next month (c) Fees will be revised if a student withdraws from the private group 7.3.3 One-time leniency may be considered for genuine emergencies (e.g., medical certificate), at VBest’s discretion for cancellation within 24 hours of 1-1 or entire private group. 7.4 Frequent Cancellations 7.4.1 To protect learning quality and schedule stability, VBest may change teacher and/or discontinue the class if frequent cancellations or disruptions occur (by either party).

1. STUDENT CONDUCT, SAFETY & COMMUNICATION

8.1 Student Conduct 8.1.1 Students are expected to behave respectfully to teachers/staff and follow classroom rules. 8.1.2 Where a Student’s behaviour repeatedly disrupts the learning environment, compromises the safety or wellbeing of teachers or other students, or adversely affects class progression, VBest reserves the right to: a) request a meeting with the Parent/Guardian; b) review and revise enrolment arrangements, including a change of class or class format; and/or c) suspend or terminate the Student’s enrolment, where deemed necessary. Such measures are implemented to protect teachers, students, and the overall learning environment and shall be exercised reasonably and fairly. 8.2 Safety & Personal Belongings 8.2.1 Parents remain responsible for pick-up/drop-off arrangements and punctuality. 8.2.2 Students should take care of personal belongings; VBest is not responsible for loss. 8.3 Communication Channel 8.3.1 For administrative matters (fees/scheduling/policy), please contact the Centre Manager/branch official channel such as email and WhatsApp Community. 8.3.2 All communication with parents will be handled by centre management, enabling teachers to focus fully on teaching responsibilities.

1. DATA PRIVACY (PDPA) & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 Personal Data (PDPA) 9.1.1 VBest collects personal data for enrolment, billing, learning support, and operational communication. 9.1.2 VBest will take reasonable steps to protect personal data in accordance with Malaysia’s PDPA principles (where applicable). You may refer to https://vbest-staging.vip.edu.my/privacy-policy-and-personal-data-protection/ 9.2 Materials & Recording Use 9.2.1 Notes, recordings, and materials are for the Student’s personal learning use only. 9.2.2 Redistribution, resale, public sharing, or forwarding to third parties is not allowed without written permission.

1. MEDIA CONSENT

10.1 By registering, Parent/Guardian allows VBest to use photos/videos taken during classes/activities for educational and promotional purposes (website/social media/marketing materials). 10.2 If you do not agree, you may withdraw consent by emailing the branch official email. 10.3 Upon withdrawal, VBest will stop future use where reasonably possible, but may not be able to remove materials already published historically.

1. FORCE MAJEURE & OPERATIONAL FEASIBILITY

11.1 VBest shall not be held liable for any disruption, delay, suspension, or cancellation of classes arising from events beyond its reasonable control or operational feasibility, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, floods, fire, pandemics, medical emergencies, power failures, internet or system outages, governmental orders, regulations, restrictions, or any other unforeseen circumstances. 11.2 In such events, VBest will use reasonable efforts, where practicable and subject to class type and operational feasibility, to convert the affected class to an online format or arrange replacement class. Such arrangements shall be at VBest’s discretion and shall not constitute an obligation.

1. MEDICAL DISCLOSURE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1 System-generated invoices or emails may, from time to time, be delayed or contain errors due to technical or system-related issues. Such delays or inaccuracies shall not affect or waive any payment obligations. 12.2 VBest shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to examination results or academic outcomes. A student’s learning progress is dependent on factors such as individual effort, attendance, and practice. VBest does not guarantee specific grades or examination results. Tuition services are intended as supplementary support and do not replace independent study. 12.3 Parents/Guardians are responsible for informing VBest of any relevant medical conditions, learning needs, allergies, or special requirements of the Student at the time of registration or as soon as such information becomes available. VBest shall not be liable for any incidents, complications, or consequences arising from undisclosed or inaccurately disclosed medical or health-related information.

1. ACCURACY & UPDATING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

13.1 Parents/Guardians shall ensure that all personal and contact information provided during registration, including but not limited to contact numbers, email addresses, and residential addresses, is accurate and kept up to date at all times. This is essential for emergency communication and administrative purposes. VBest shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from outdated or incorrect information provided by the Parent/Guardian.

1. COMPANY RIGHTS & AMENDMENTS

14.1 VBest may update these Terms from time to time with prior notice via email/Portal/centre announcement. 14.2 Continued attendance after notice is treated as acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. GOVERNING LAW, SEVERABILITY & WAIVER

15.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. 15.2 In the event of any dispute, disagreement, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the parties shall first make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably through discussion with the Centre Manager or VBest Management, prior to pursuing any further action. 15.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 15.4 No failure or delay by VBest in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver of such right, power, or remedy. Any waiver must be in writing and shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach. 15.5 Unless the context otherwise requires, words importing the singular shall include the plural, and words importing the plural shall include the singular.

请在提交本报名表格前仔细阅读并确认您已理解并同意以下条款与细则、常见问题及媒体使用授权。一经提交报名表及/或允许学生参加任何 VBest 课程，即表示家长/监护人已阅读、理解并同意遵守以下条款与细则。

0. 定义

0.1 “VBest / 我们 / 本中心”指 VBest 补习中心及其所有分行。 0.2 “家长/监护人”指负责付款之父母或合法监护人。 0.3 “学生”指已报名之学员。 0.4 “中心经理”指学生所登记分行之负责人。 0.5 “系统 / Portal”指 VBest 线上系统：https://vbest-staging.vip.edu.my 0.6 “团体课程”指定期每周进行的团体课程。 0.7 “一对一 / 私人小组课程”指需预先计费之一对一或私人小组课程。 0.8 “VBest 假期”指第 4 条所列之官方停课假期。

1. 报名、费用、付款与账单

1.1 报名程序

1.1.1 家长/学生须完整及准确填写线上报名表格。 1.1.2 学费（以中心经理通知为准）须于第一堂课前完成支付。 1.1.3 课程确认及财务部确认收款后，系统将发送以下两封电邮： (a) “Welcome Our New Student @ VBest” (b) “Your VBest Account”（系统用户名） 1.1.4 完成报名及付款后，即使系统邮件尚在处理中，学生仍可如期上第一堂课。 1.1.5 过往发票、收据、课程摘要（以及线上课程链接/教材，如适用）可通过系统查阅。

1.2 押金与教材费

1.2.1 目前 VBest 不收取任何押金或教材费，直至另行通知。 1.2.2 若出现多次迟付学费情况，VBest 有权要求缴交相等于一个月学费的可退还押金，以确保课程安排顺畅及保留名额。

1.3 试听课

1.3.1 除特别促销活动外，不提供免费试听课。 1.3.2 可安排付费按比例计算的试听课（须视课程及中心经理确认情况）。

1.4 学费付款期限

1.4.1 班课课程：每月 1 日前付款（宽限期至当月7 日）。 1.4.2 新学生 / 新科目：须于第一堂课前缴清按比例计算之学费。 1.4.3 一对一 / 私人小组课程：须于前一个月 28 日前付款（宽限至当月1 日），或于第一堂课前付款，以较早者为准。 1.4.4 大考月份及 12 月短月：须于当月 1 日前付款。 1.4.5 学生暂停/终止后再次加入，学费将以重新加入当时之现行价格计算。

1.5 付款方式

1.5.1 接受以下付款方式： (a) FPX 网上支付（如分行提供，优先方式） (b) 手动网上转账 (c) 现金 (d) 支票 (e) 电子钱包（仅限指定分行） 1.5.2 除非分行另有说明，否则不接受信用卡付款。 1.5.3 首月学费由中心经理通知，付款后将发出发票及收据。 1.5.4 后续月份将由系统自动生成预付发票并发送至注册电邮。 1.5.5 手动转账时，请在“收款人参考”及“付款备注”栏填写学生全名，并将付款凭证发送至中心经理或分行官方电邮。 1.5.6 手动转账、现金、支票及电子钱包付款，收据通常需至少 3 个工作日处理。 1.5.7 若因迟付导致系统限制访问，建议使用 FPX 付款以便即时恢复权限。

1.6 发票流程与余额处理

1.6.1 系统每月发出预付发票 Pro-forma Invoice，并于月内根据新加课程/课堂调整。 1.6.2 最终发票将于月底至次月 2 日间发出，并可在系统中下载。 1.6.3 多付金额或余额将自动结转并抵扣下期账单。 1.6.4 如发现任何差异，请尽快联系中心经理处理。

1.7 自动续费与迟付处理

1.7.1 所有课程均为每月自动续费，除非根据第 6 条提交有效暂停/终止通知。 1.7.2 若付款逾期，系统可能暂时限制系统访问及/或上课权限，直至款项核实。 1.7.3 付款确认后，系统将于合理时间内恢复访问。

2. 线上与混合课程

2.1 课程形式

2.1.1 VBest 可根据课程安排与实际运营情况提供实体+线上混合教学。 2.1.2 线上课程通常提供电子讲义，建议学生使用平板或自行打印。 2.1.3 家长需自行确保学生具备合适设备、网络及学习环境。

2.2 线上课程安排

2.2.1 线上课程将通过 Zoom / Google Meet（或由 VBest 合理决定的其他平台）进行。 2.2.2 首堂课如账号尚未启用，课程链接与讲义将通过 WhatsApp/ 邮件发送。 2.2.3 课程及付款确认后，学生将被加入系统，相关链接与教材将于每周上课当日上传。 2.2.4 线上课程访问须符合付款状态及本条款规定。

3. 退款、补课与课程调整

3.1 缺课与退款政策

3.1.1 学费一般不退款、不扣减、不可转让，即使学生缺席。 3.1.2 班课课程可在以下情况下提供录影支持： (a) 至少提前 3 天通知中心经理； (b) 非滥用安排。 3.1.3 录影时长及互动程度可能与实体课程不同。 3.1.4 额外课程不提供补课或录影，除非另有说明。

3.2 家长/学生申请更改

3.2.1 更换老师/科目/分行通常于下个月生效。 3.2.2 须提前 1 个月通知中心经理。 3.2.3 已付费用不退、不转、不扣。

3.3 因运营需要的调整

3.3.1 VBest 可能因教师健康、突发情况或运营需要调整课程安排。 3.3.2 在可行情况下，VBest 可能安排替代老师、转换为线上课程、补课或学费结转，但不构成退款依据。

4. VBest 假期与学年安排

4.1 学年与一般假期政策

4.1.1 VBest 的常规课程学年为每年 1 月 4 日至 12 月 14 日。 4.1.2 除非另行通知，课程将在 学校假期、暑假及复活节假期期间照常进行。 4.1.3 小组课程亦将在 每月第 5 周 及大多数公共假期照常进行，且 不另收取额外费用。

4.2 VBest 官方假期（班课及一对一/私教课停课，除非另有说明）

4.2.1 以下官方假期期间 不安排课程： (a) 农历新年 —— 1 周 (b) 开斋节 —— 1 周 (c) 国庆日 —— 1 天 (d) 屠妖节 —— 1 周 (e) 劳动节 —— 1 天 4.2.2 除年终假期外，上述假期 不可补课，且班课课程不享有任何费用减免。

4.3 年终假期

4.3.1 各中心将于 12 月 15 日至翌年 1 月 3 日 期间关闭。 4.3.2 对于班课课程，12 月将收取半个月学费。 4.3.3 某些课程（如假期课程 / 强化班 / 额外课程）如有安排将照常进行，相关费用将由中心经理另行通知。

4.4 假期期间的一对一及私人小组课程

4.4.1 一对一及私人小组课程可在 VBest 假期期间继续进行，须视老师与学生双方时间安排而定。 4.4.2 费用将依据 实际进行的课时或课次数量 计算。 4.4.3 课程安排须事先与中心经理确认。

5. 教学材料

5.1 讲义与作业

5.1.1 教学材料将于有需要时提供，以支持学生所报名的科目与级别，自学生入学起提供。 5.1.2 教学材料仅限于所报名的科目与级别，不包括其他年级、其他学年或其他考试体系的内容，除非另有说明。

5.2 过往教学资料

5.2.1 新报名学生 一般不提供以往月份或往年的讲义资料。 5.2.2 如需补进度，学生可： (a) 报名额外班课课程（如有）；或 (b) 安排一对一课程进行针对性补习。

6. 暂停与终止课程

6.1 暂停 / 停止课程通知

6.1.1 若需暂停或停止任何科目，家长须 提前一个月通知中心经理。 6.1.2 若学生暂停或停止后再次加入课程，学费将按 当时适用的现行价格 收取。

7. 一对一及私人小组课程政策

7.1 试课

7.1.1 一对一及私人小组课程 不提供免费试课。 7.1.2 家长可购买 一堂付费试课，须视课程空档而定。

7.2 付款与账单

7.2.1 费用将根据安排的课时或课次数量，按月预先计费。 7.2.2 课程将按固定的每周时间自动续课。家长或学生须于 前一个月 23 日前 通知中心经理任何无法上课的安排。 7.2.3 预估账单将于 前一个月 25 日 发出，付款须于 前一个月 28 日前完成（宽限至 1 日或首堂课前，以较早者为准）。 7.2.4 若整堂课于 24 小时前通知取消，将安排补课；如当月无法完成补课，费用将顺延至下个月抵扣。

7.3 取消课程政策（24 小时规则）

7.3.1 一对一课程：若未于上课前至少 24 小时通知中心经理或老师，课程将 照常收费。 7.3.2 私人小组（2 人或以上）： (a) 个别学生缺席 —— 可提供录影，不扣费 (b) 整个小组于 24 小时前取消 —— 安排补课或费用顺延 (c) 若有学生退出，小组费用将相应调整 7.3.3 对于真实紧急情况（如提供医疗证明），VBest 可酌情给予 一次性宽容处理。

7.4 频繁取消课程

7.4.1 为保障教学质量与课程稳定性，若任一方频繁取消或造成课程中断，VBest 有权 更换老师及/或终止课程安排。

8. 学生行为、安全与沟通

8.1 学生行为规范

8.1.1 学生须尊重老师与工作人员，并遵守课堂规则。 8.1.2 若学生行为反复干扰课堂秩序、影响他人学习或教师教学，或涉及安全问题，VBest 有权： (a) 要求与家长会面； (b) 重新评估并调整课程安排（如更换课程形式）；及/或 (c) 在必要时暂停或终止学生的课程。上述措施旨在保障教师、学生及整体学习环境，并将以合理及公平方式执行。

8.2 安全与个人物品

8.2.1 家长须自行负责学生接送及准时出勤安排。 8.2.2 学生应妥善保管个人物品；VBest 不对遗失承担责任。

8.3 沟通渠道

8.3.1 有关行政事务（费用 / 课程安排 / 政策），请通过 中心经理或官方沟通渠道 联系。 8.3.2 所有家长沟通将由中心管理层处理，以确保老师能专注教学。

9. 数据隐私（PDPA）与知识产权

9.1 个人资料保护

9.1.1 VBest 收集个人资料仅用于报名、收费、教学支持及营运沟通用途。 9.1.2 VBest 将依据马来西亚《个人资料保护法》（PDPA）原则，采取合理措施保护个人资料。（隐私政策：https://vbest-staging.vip.edu.my/privacy-policy-and-personal-data-protection/）

9.2 教学资料与录影使用

9.2.1 教学资料及录影仅供学生个人学习用途。 9.2.2 未经书面许可，禁止转发、转载、售卖或公开分享予第三方。

10. 媒体授权

10.1 家长同意 VBest 使用课堂或活动中拍摄的照片及视频作教学与宣传用途。 10.2 家长可随时通过电邮通知分行官方邮箱撤回授权。 10.3 撤回授权仅适用于未来使用，已发布的历史内容不保证可完全移除。

11. 不可抗力与营运可行性

11.1 因不可抗力或营运限制（包括但不限于天灾、洪水、疫情、政府指令、电力或系统中断等）导致课程延误或取消，VBest 不承担责任。 11.2 在可行情况下，VBest 将尽合理努力安排转换为线上课程或补课，但该安排属酌情处理，并非义务。

12. 医疗披露与责任限制

12.1 因系统技术原因导致账单或邮件延误，不构成免除付款责任。 12.2 VBest 不保证任何考试成绩或学术成果，教学成效取决于学生努力、出勤与练习。 12.3 家长须主动披露学生的医疗状况、学习需求或过敏史；因未披露而导致的后果，VBest 不承担责任。

13. 个人资料准确性与更新

13.1 家长须确保所提供的联系方式、地址及个人资料准确并保持更新，以便紧急联系。因资料不准确导致的后果，VBest 不承担责任。

14. 公司权利与修订

14.1 VBest 可不时修订本条款，并通过合理方式提前通知。 14.2 学生在通知后继续上课，视为接受修订后的条款。

15. 适用法律、可分割性与权利保留

15.1 本条款受马来西亚法律管辖。 15.2 任何争议应先通过与中心经理协商解决。 15.3 若任何条款被裁定无效，其余条款仍具完全效力。 15.4 VBest 未即时行使权利不构成放弃。 15.5 单数与复数之解释应视上下文而定。
